LT Kevin Grams, NSCC served 8 years in the US Army as an Infantryman, specializing as a 60mm mortar Gunner. In 2003 through 2004, served a combat deployed with Bravo Company 1/124 Infantry 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment to Ramadi Iraq, for Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom, while enduring 292 continuous days of combat operations earning the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, Valorous Unit Citation, Army Commendation Medal, and Purple Heart.
LT Grams has retired from his civilian profession as a civilian administrator in Law Enforcement after 21 years of service. He now dedicates his time to mentoring our young men and women of the NSCC to learn valuable skills to succeed in whatever path they decide. Passing down the same his mentor had for him when he was a police explorer, to this day LTJG Grams will tell you he wouldn’t have had the opportunities or the success, if it wasn’t for the mentorship or guidance provided at a young age.
